Welcome to 365cuci. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 365cuci ("Platform"). This Platform is operated exclusively for users in Malaysia.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you are legally agreeing to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

365cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use 365cuci's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or valid permanent resident currently residing in Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on any active gambling self-exclusion programme in Malaysia.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or business entity without 365cuci's prior written consent.

365cuci reserves the right to request valid proof of identity (MyKad, passport) at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only on the 365cuci Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and winnings.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including:

• Full name as per identity card
• Exact date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• A valid Malaysian mobile number
• A strong and unique password

3.2 Password Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 365cuci will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account, whether with or without your knowledge.

All financial transactions on the 365cuci Platform are conducted entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required or charged.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

365cuci accepts the following deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysia members:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Internet Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat

The minimum deposit is RM 20 and processed automatically within seconds.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or wallet used for your deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a certain limit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen method.
• 365cuci reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.

4.3 Fund Responsibility

By depositing funds into your 365cuci account, you confirm that:

• The funds are your own and have been obtained through legitimate means.
• You are not using another person's credit card or any payment method that does not belong to you.
• You are not using funds derived from any illegal activity.

365cuci offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

5.1 Wagering Requirement

• The standard welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount received.
• Only Sports Betting and casino wagers qualify towards the wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated.
• Bets placed on matches with odds below 1.50 do not count towards the Sports Betting bonus wagering requirement.
• The period to fulfil the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings:

• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Hedging bets across multiple accounts to eliminate risk while accumulating bonuses.
• Any systematic betting strategy clearly intended to exploit the bonus structure.

This section governs all sports bets placed on the 365cuci Platform, including pre-match and live (in-play) betting for the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, badminton, e-sports, and all other covered leagues.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

• A bet is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by the 365cuci system and a ticket number has been generated.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player unless the Platform offers a "Cash Out" option.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted will apply, regardless of any subsequent odds changes.

6.2 Betting Outcomes

• Bet outcomes are final and based on the official results of the relevant sporting body.
• In the event of a disputed or inconclusive outcome, 365cuci reserves the right to withhold payment until the result is officially confirmed.
• For matches postponed by more than 24 hours, all bets will be voided unless the match is completed within 72 hours.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by sport, league, market type and VIP membership tier. Current limits are visible within the platform when placing a bet. 365cuci reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.

6.4 Odds Errors

All online casino and poker games available on 365cuci use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent third-party bodies to ensure the fairness of every game outcome.

• Each game has a fixed RTP (Return to Player) rate, which can be viewed in the respective game's information section.
• The outcome of every slots spin, poker hand, or Live Casino round is entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.
• Any attempt to use automated software, bots, or scripts to play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Jackpot winnings are subject to additional verification before payment is processed.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between 365cuci and you as the user. 365cuci employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your data; however, you also play an important role in keeping your own account secure.

• Use a strong password with a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact 365cuci customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
• 365cuci will never ask for your password or sensitive information via email or WhatsApp.

365cuci maintains a firm commitment to anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) practices. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia in this regard.

• All transactions are automatically monitored to detect suspicious activity patterns.
• 365cuci reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for any large or suspicious deposits or withdrawals.
• Account information may be shared with Malaysian authorities where required by law.
• Attempts to transfer funds between accounts or use the platform as a money transfer facility are strictly prohibited.

365cuci believes that betting should be a source of entertainment, not a problem. We provide a range of tools to help our members play responsibly:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a specified period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for any given period.
• Session Time Limit: Limit how long you can play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that betting is negatively affecting your life.

365cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term set out in this document.
• Reporting of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Use of multiple accounts or bonus abuse.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• At the request of a legal authority.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting customer support. All valid balances will be refunded within 5 business days upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no active investigations.

365cuci shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses or gains arising from the use of the Platform.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Any losses arising from security failures on the user's end, such as sharing passwords.
• Any inaccuracies in information provided by third parties.

365cuci's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

365cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide 30 days' notice before material changes take effect, though this may not always be possible for changes required by law or urgent security needs.

Amendments will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.
